Over the past 30 years, Benny has held numerous senior positions in various Singapore real estate companies with different investments and developments like high-end residences, shopping malls, commercial buildings, etc. Besides Singapore, he is responsible for real estate in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, China and Australia.

Benny was a Singapore Director of Sansin Investment Pte Ltd, a large Japanese real estate investment company, Group Industry Manager of Chuan Hup Holdings Limited, a prestigious Singapore listed company and also General Representative of Singapore Keppel Land in Chengdu, China. He was mainly responsible for the group’s development and investment projects in Southwest China. He was also the Senior Investment Manager of China Towns at Keppel Land and was responsible for the company’s identification of large-scale urban investment projects and opportunities in various cities in China.
