With more than 20 years of experience in various real estates developments, Dennis has worked in CapitaLand, Mapletree, CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, IKEA and other internationally renowned commercial properties. He has xtensive work experience in commercial real estate management, investment promotion, and operation management.

Commercial projects managed and served include VivoCity Xi’an, Beijing, Chengdu Joy City, LifeSpace Plaza, IKEA Wuhan , Shanghai Xintiandi, and Shanghai Yongyin Building, etc.

He holds a degree of Real Estate Management from the National University of Singapore and also Diploma in Marketing and Management from the Singapore Institute of Management. He is also a member of the International Council for Shopping Centers.
