Teh was the Vice President – Project Development of The Straits Trading Co. Ltd and Director of Property Development and Finance, Standard Merchant Bank (Asia) and Senior Management posts with MNCs like JLL, GuocoLand, OUE, etc. which gave him vast experience in projects development and management for Hospitality & Leisure Projects , High-rise Office Building, large scale integrated/ mixed use – commercial and residential projects, infrastructure projects, etc. Also a M & E Consultant in energy saving; Owner Representatives (Asset Management);Effectively bi lingual and proficient in drafting and negotiating Chinese Contracts, etc.

He holds a master ,MSC Industrial Engineering and Engineering Degree from National University Singapore and MBA in Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
